- Download the app for free
- Decide who you want to receive this personalised interactive adventure
- Add your picture and see yourself incorporated as a starring character in the story
- Choose how you want to be referred to and hear how the soundtrack changes too

And then, when you are happy with how the story looks, make a small in-app payment (using your Apple iTunes account) so you can share the story with other family members.

Theres absolutely no obligation to buy - so wed encourage you to have a play and try it out, and if you like what you see, only then will we ask for a token payment.

At that point we then generate a smart-link that you can pass on digitally (via email), or, if you choose, we can send download instructions on a personalized postcard to your chosen recipient anywhere in the world - all at no extra cost.

STORY SYNOPSIS

"Shakespeare & Saddlebags" is a fun, animated, interactive adventure (based on fact) about a theatre troupe travelling around the west coast of America during the Californian Gold Rush - hoping to get rich putting on Shakespearean plays.

As they head for the hills to impress the prospectors, you get the chance to become part of the story, helping the actors rehearse and perform, but things dont quite go according to plan.

Thats where the kids come in. When you send them their own personalized version of the app, theyll have to complete challenges and crack clues throughout the adventure, to help your character save the day. And at the end they get to make a digital poster for your forthcoming performance.

Heres how to retrieve and play a story that someone else has created for you:

- Using your iPad or iPhone, click the link in the email that was sent to you
or
- Go to www.gingersnap.tv/code/ and type in the 8 letter Story ID on the postcard that you received
then
- Click the Open in App button on the webpage
- Download the app onto your device from the Apple Apps Store... remember its free so there is nothing to pay
- Launch the App from your home screen and enjoy watching the story and playing the games

At the end of the adventure, if you complete the story and crack the challenges, you will then unlock a creative sticker book so you can make your own poster for the theatre troupes next show. You can then save the picture to your camera-roll and send it via email as a digital thank you.
